SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
We are pleased to announce the creation of a new scholarship program.
The Palm Beach County Council of Firefighters & Paramedics (PBCCF) will award a
$1000
renewing four year scholarship
to assist local high school seniors in pursuing their post high school education.
The following guidelines must be met to qualify:

The child of a member of the PBCCF.

A high school graduate of a public, private or homeschool program.

Have a cumulative GPA (not HPA) of at least 2.50.

Provide two (2) letters of recommendation. (limit to one page each)

Compose a five hundred (500) word essay to include the following:

Describe your academic goals
-
Describe your career goals
-
Describe how you have and will serve the community
-
Explain what makes you unique or especially deserving of this award.

Preference: Students in a cadet, reserve, fire academy or healthcare focus will be given priority.
